Oct 2008: Gave my first state-level presentation: "Go Geospatial! GIS for Libraries".

Oct 2008: Named an ALA Emerging Leader for 2009.

Oct 2008: Received Missouri Outstanding New Librarian 2008 award.

Oct 2008: Mom & I are taking a train trip (click on Barrancas del Cobre) in Mexico together!

Mar 2008: Biked Katy Trail across Missouri the last week of March. Photos here.

Jan 2008: Began studies towards certification in Competitive Intelligence.

Jan 2008: Taught MGT 4350 - Competitive Intelligence.

Aug 2007: Found a home in Missouri.

Jun 2007: Headed to Switzerland for two weeks of hiking in the Jura mountains.

May 2007: Spent a week with Mom and Sue in Branson, MO.

Jan 2007: Began working towards a graduate certificate in Geographic Information Systems.

Dec 2006: Published an article on usability of digital libraries.

Oct 2006: Began position as Asst. Professor of Library Services / Business Librarian at the University of Central Missouri.

Sep 2006: Moved to Missouri, the Show Me State!

Sep 2006: Graduated with
MS Library & Info Science;
MS Information Systems.
